Electrical steel cable rigging to PowerLift® has an extraordinary strength, versatility and flexibility to apply to more specific uses.
I.R.A.M. - IAP
TEGA PowerLift® hoists have been designed to meet and exceed a broad range of duty ratings, from FEM 1Bm to 3m (ASME H2 to ASME H4).
Among other options, there are two-speed motors, micro-speed units for accurate movements, variable speeds and LAN interface load cells.
The quality of PowerLift hoists keeps them in operation many years after return-on-investment, because they have been designed with extended life on gears, brakes and motors. A longer component life means less maintenance, less downtime and lower repair costs.
Self-braking, high starting torque, autoregulated, maintenance free up to 1,000,000 movements, 40% effective duty (240 starts/hour).
Travel limit switches are electromechanical and mechanical and operate independently, protecting the hoist against phase reversal. Negative phase detector: protects the unit against incorrect wiring.
Low voltage (24v) control, motors operated by reversing contactors. Optional safe and efficient wireless remote control available.
Sealed in semi-fluid grease, with hardened steel gears. Silent operation. Axles rotate on ball or roller bearings.
Modern design in plastic material which guides and protects the hoist rope. The product of years of hoisting experience.
In addition to the motor-brake system, a mechanical safety brake system, “WESTON-TEGA”, is available as an option. Brake systems are independent with automatic wear compensation, which are essential requirements for maximum safety (i.e. nuclear, energy, etc.) areas.
Load Hook block with fully enclosed construction, pulleys rotate on permanently lubricated bearings. Forged steel load hook with safety latch.
Fitted into the hoisting system, this device operates automatically; it can be regulated from the outside and it protects the unit from overloading, ensuring personnel and materials safety.
The outstanding flexibility of TEGA POWER-LIFT®, which is very compact and light, makes it easily transportable, and ready to use in different versions: suspended or foot-mounted, for monorails and single or double-girder bridge cranes, with manual push travel, or manual chain or electric hoists, by means of independent, self-braking motor units. Standardized construction traveling trolleys, enable customization for a wide range of beams. Traveling trolleys with small turning radii are available (for curved travel), as well as traveling trolleys for marine applications. For special or sloping conditions, a (patented) TEGA tractor trolley is also available.
